Maxpert Consulting shall provide the client with the following services:

- Business consulting on compliance with MENA and GCC regulations.
- Support pharmaceutical companies in managing content issues for drug submission and approval.
- Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to Maxpert Consulting to ensure successful service delivery. The client agrees to cooperate fully with Maxpert Consulting, providing any requested documentation and adhering to project timelines. - Payment Terms
Payment for services will be outlined in each service agreement, including applicable fees, due dates, and payment terms. Invoices are due within 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. Late payments will be subject to a 1.5% interest fee per month. - Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the services. Any personal or business data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. - Intellectual Property Rights

- Guarantee & Refund Conditions Policy
(a) ISO Certification Services: Maxpert LTD guarantees the successful attainment of ISO certification, provided the client completes all assigned tasks, properly sets up the management system, and demonstrates it during the audit. This guarantee applies only to clients using the full express package, which includes third-party certification services. If certification is denied due to an error on Maxpert LTD’s part, the client is entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
(b) General Refund Policy: Maxpert LTD begins providing services immediately after payment. Refunds are only issued if Maxpert LTD is unable to continue providing services or if management, at its sole discretion, deems a refund reasonable. Refunds will be proportional to the unused portion of the consulting services fee.
(c) Other Consulting Services: For services such as sales and marketing consultancy, company incorporation, and market research and analysis, Maxpert LTD does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. These services are provided on a best-effort basis, and refunds will only be considered if Maxpert LTD fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the service agreement.
